Course Description:

Artist Yoga: Develops strength, flexibility, bodily relaxation, and mental concentration.

Breath Work: A therapy that utilizes breathing exercises to improve mental, physical, and spiritual health.

Yoga Nidra: Known as yogic sleep—is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.

Flexible timings: AED 50

Shaking Meditation: Is a deep spiritual and healing practice that can help you awaken and strengthen your own power to heal your body.

Monday: AED 50 per class – Time 7 pm to 8 pm

Blind Fold Yoga: Removal of the senses, is designed to take us from the outside to the inside

Flexible timings: AED 50.

Dance: If you are OVER 50 come DANCING and get fit. Dance is the perfect way to combine exercise with enjoyment. We’re all living longer, so we have all got to be more active in the third age. ‘

Saturdays: AED 50, from 7 pm to 8 pm.
